Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by tracking details when your order ships.

For made-to-order or specialty items, processing times may vary. Estimated timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer multiple delivery options depending on the size and weight of the item:

Parcel Shipping (Small Items)
Shipped via standard carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Freight Shipping (Large Furniture Items)
Larger items are shipped via freight carriers and include:

  • Curbside Delivery (Standard)
    Delivery to the nearest accessible point outside your home. The customer is responsible for bringing the item inside.
  • Threshold Delivery (Select Items)
    Delivery to the first dry area (garage, porch, or entryway).
  • White Glove Delivery (Where Available)
    Includes in-home delivery, unpacking, placement, and debris removal.

Delivery timelines for freight shipments typically range from 7–21 business days depending on location and carrier scheduling.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

We do not offer free shipping on oversized or freight items unless explicitly stated.

For large or custom orders, a shipping quote may be provided prior to finalizing the order.


Oversized & Heavy Items (Over 100 lbs)

Items exceeding 100 lbs are shipped via freight carriers. These shipments:

  • Require scheduled delivery appointments
  • May require customer presence and signature upon delivery
  • May incur additional fees for remote or limited-access locations

Please ensure accurate contact information is provided at checkout to avoid delays.


Delivery Appointments

For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate and be available during the scheduled time.

Missed appointments may result in redelivery fees.


Inspection & Damages

All items should be inspected upon delivery.

  • If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
  • If concealed damage is discovered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or claims.


Delays

While we work with trusted carriers, shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.

We are not responsible for delays once the item has been shipped, but we will assist in tracking and resolution.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

For Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping requests, please contact us for a custom quote.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
