At Elite Maison, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality furniture that complements their lifestyle and preferences. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a seamless return process for your convenience.

Return Eligibility:

All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.



Return Process:
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Initiate a return request by contacting our customer service team at info@elitemaison.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.



Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, any items damaged due to misuse, alterations, or improper care are not eligible for a refund.

Client-Initiated Returns:
At Elite Maison, we believe in providing our customers with the flexibility to handle their returns independently. Therefore, clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs associated with damaged or defective items.
